VDB Asset Management is a privately held real estate investment and asset management firm. Since 1983 we have acquired, operated and managed institutional-quality multifamily assets for institutional partners and family offices.
We buy cash-flowing communities in markets we know well, and take on selected opportunistic investments where the pricing justifies the work. Capital preservation comes first; returns follow from holding good assets long enough for the underwriting to prove out.
