INVESTMENT, ASSET & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 

Efraim Zazo, Country Manager | United Kingdom, is responsible for coordinating VDB’s initiatives in the United Kingdom which extend to investment in the private rental sector (“PRS”) and build-to-rent (“BTR”) housing sector as well as student housing accommodations, key-worker, affordable and supported living housing properties, plus large STNL logistics, data centers and corporate office properties in and around major UK population centers.  Mr. Zazo possesses significant experience across all property sectors with great knowledge of the UK’s housing policy.  During his career, he has been engaged in the financing of major real estate-related projects, and was involved in the development of a new valuation methodology for single tenant occupation with long term FRI leases on the back of the DSS/Trillium transaction.  Mr Zazo, who initially began his career with the Rotch Property Group in London, additionally serves as the Chairman of both London headquartered EPC Property Group and Beechwood Capital.
