INVESTMENT, ASSET & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 

Michal Kratochvil, Chief Executive Officer | Central Europe, has been with the platform since its acquisition in 2008 and in 2012 was elevated to his present position.   Michal manages an administrative team of professionals that provide oversight and lend support to specific real estate-related services of Asset, Property and Facility Management for residential and commercial properties as well as Home Owner Associations,  Additionally, he works closely with developers in the preliminary stages of their developments to plan for the efficiency and handover of their respective projects to their residents and owners.   Mr. Kratochvil is a graduate of the Prague University of Economics (VSE) where he studied corporate accounting, corporate finance and management accounting.  Michal is fluent in numerous languages, including English, and earlier in his career worked with Accenture, GE Money Bank, and the Orco Property Group and is headquartered in Prague.
