INVESTMENT, ASSET & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 

Donna Ribera, Head, Benefits & Compliance, manages employee payroll, health insurance and benefits programs in coordination with ADP as well as administers and oversees all real estate property tax appeals, construction draws, and matters related to loan compliance.  Ms. Ribera has been integrally involved in the multifamily property and asset management sector since 1996 and the hospitality property and asset management sector since 2007.
