Vivian Sze

Vivian Sze, Head, Treasury & Accounting, is a native of Hong Kong and originally matriculated to the United States to study at the University of Illinois – Chicago (“UIC”) where she earned her Accounting Degree.  She has been with the platform for over 10 years and is responsible for all corporate capital transactions and corporate accounting.  Additionally, Ms. Sze oversees a significant number of residential property investments for international clients primarily from Asia where she provides a myriad of services including accounting, tax filing, risk management and general oversite of their real estate investments.
