Sheila Vandenburg, Design Coordination & Execution, internally manages the design, planning and execution of the value-add programs and strategies across the multifamily and hospitality platforms.  She has remained current and in concert with the industry’s latest strategies that have been introduced to the market and as they have application to VDB’s multifamily and hospitality property acquisitions and further reviews the innovations unveiled by the national single-family home builders.
