Luigi Pereira, Tax Counsel & Reporting, is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and was a 26-year tax partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”).  Prior to retiring from PwC following a long career in public accounting, Mr. Pereira was headquartered in Dallas where he headed the North Texas Tax Group for medium-sized companies.   Thereafter, Mr. Pereira was based in Prague where he was the Managing Director of the group’s European platform and later provided oversight to the family’s investment in a major property services company headquartered in Chicago. He has advised and overseen the V7 Groupe family members and their affiliated companies’ and partnerships’ tax matters since 1981 and has advised on the capital structure of most sponsor-related acquisitions and transactions.
